Five celebrities who vow to leave the US if Trump wins the elections
Updated | By Latashia Naidoo
America’s 200 million-strong electorate will today choose whether to send the first female president and former first lady, or a billionaire property tycoon - to the White House.
Support for both candidates has been contentious. But some Hollywood elite have been especially vocal about which presidential hopeful their loyalties lie with.
It's been called the closest presidential race in US history.
And as voting in the 2016 US presidential elections draws to a nail-biting close, the results so far seem to pit Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton at neck-and-neck.
Trump, however, seems to have rubbed a lot of people - especially A-listers, the wrong way. So much so that some of Hollywood’s most progressive celebrities have already got their bags packed - just in case the Republican nominee beats Clinton to the White House.
From pop princesses, to Oscar and Grammy winners, and even some well-known comedians - a Trump win looks set to see some of Tinseltown's most-loved fleeing from a Trump-led America.
MILEY CYRUS
Former Disney star Miley Cyrus has been very vocal about her support for Clinton on her social media accounts. The singer took to Instagram earlier this year, to proclaim that she’d leave the country if Trump wins - adding: “I don't say things I don't mean!”
"Honestly f*** this s*** I am moving if this is my president," she ranted to her 38 million Instagram followers.
I voted today for @hillaryclinton ❤️💙❤️💙 I am so proud of all of you who did the same! #imwithher

BARBARA STREISAND
Multi-award-winning singer and actress, Barbara Streisand, has claimed she would move to Australia or Canada if Trump won the presidency.
"He has no facts," Streisand told Australian media in August. "I don't know, I can't believe it. I'm either coming to your country, if you'll let me in, or Canada."
Streisand has been a vocal supporter of Clinton’s candidacy, and appeared at a high-profile fundraiser for the candidate in New York City, earlier this year.
Trump may be rich, but he's poor in intelligence and decency.
