Jo Black's operation 'successfully executed'

Jo Black is in recovery following a major operation on Sunday.

Flagship Productions, Jo Black's management team has confirmed in a press statement sent on Sunday afternoon, that the Skepe-hitmaker's operation was successfully executed, stating "Jo will be recovering over the next few weeks and we thank you for respecting his privacy."
Jo's operation was initially scheduled for the end of September, but following the advice of medical specialists the operation has been moved up to Sunday 9 September.
According to a statement sent out by Flagship Productions on Friday 7 September; Jo's specialists were concerned that the slightest bump could lead to permanent paralysis and therefore needed to operate as soon as possible.

LOCAL CELEBRITIES SHOW SUPPORT
After Jo shared the sad news on all his social media platforms, he was flooded with thousands of messages of support, including messages from Juanita du Plessis, Karlien van Jaarsveld, Bouwer Bosch and former Miss World, Rolene Strauss.
