The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who filed court documents seeking to end her four-year marriage to the former LA Lakers player in December 2013, following months of rumours he was addicted to drugs and cheating on her, and her estranged husband's have both finally signed and filed papers to make their split official within the next few days.

Court records, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, show the 30-year-old reality TV star and the 35-year-old athlete, who tied the knot after a whirlwind month-long romance in September 2009, filed the remaining papers required to reinstate their single statuses last Friday.

The duo have already reached a property settlement and are now waiting for a judge to add his signature to the documents to make things official.

The judge previously threatened to dismiss the case after more than a year of inactivity amid speculation the former couple were attempting to reconcile.

Lamar recently insisted that Khloé was still "my girl," and a friend later explained: "It's no secret Lamar regrets a lot of things. He'd still love to be married to Khloé."

But the blonde beauty "finally reached a breaking point" and decided to move forward with their divorce after it was alleged he had started taking drugs again in May.

Khloé enjoyed an on-again, off-again romance with rapper French Montana last year and is currently dating NBA star James Harden, 25.
