Lady Gaga nominated for Golden Globe

Lady Gaga has been nominated for a Golden Globe award for her role in 'American Horror Story: Hotel'.
The 29-year-old singer will compete in the Best Actress in a Series/TV Movie category for her role as The Countess in Ryan Murphy's show.
Other actresses who have been nominated in the category include Sarah Hay, Felicity Huffman, Queen Latifah and Kirsten Dunst.
This is Lady Gaga's first Golden Globes nomination.
Nominees for Best Actor in a Series/TV Movie include David Oyelowo, Idris Elba, Mark Rylance, Oscar Isaac and Patrick Wilson.
'Casual', 'Mozart', 'Orange is the New Black', 'Silicon Valley', 'Transparent' and 'Veep' have all received nods in the Comedy Series category while 'American Crime', 'American Horror Story: Hotel', 'Fargo', 'Flesh and Bone' and 'Wolf Hall' are up for TV Movie or Miniseries.
Best Actress in a TV Musical / Comedy nominations include Rachel Bloom, Jamie Lee Curtis, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Gina Rodriguez, Lilly Tomlin while Aziz Ansari, Gael Garcia Bernal, Rob Lowe, Patrick Stewart and Jeffrey Tambor got the nod for Best Actor TV Musical/Comedy
Best Supporting Actor TV nominees include Alan Cumming, Damian Lewis, Christian Slater, Tobias Menzies and Ben Mendelsohn and supporting actresses include Uzo Aduba, Joanne Froggatt, Regina King, Judith Light and Maura Tierney.
The nominations were announced by America Ferrera, Angela Bassett, Dennis Quaid and Chloe Grace Moretz at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Thursday (10.12.15).
The 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards will be held on January 10, 2016, at the Beverly Hilton and hosted by Ricky Gervais.
