Mandoza thanks fans for support
Despite the low turn-out at the Thank You SABC concert at Orlando Stadium on Saturday, Mandoza took to the stage to thank South Africans for supporting him in his battle with cancer.
Last week it emerged that Mandoza was in a critical condition in hospital after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
South Africa reacted with messages of support for the singer and his family, while his wife, Mpo Thsabalala told various publication that they are standing strong as a family.
Mandoza took to the stage on Saturday saying that the "devil is a liar" and thanked everyone for their prayers and messages of support.
Meanwhile, there is some controversy around the Thank You SABC concert, with some artists pulling out of the even. The crowd was also significantly smaller than expected.
