Selena Gomez has listed her home in Calabasas, California for sale and is hoping to achieve a figure of $4.5 million.
The 'Same Old Love' singer has recently listed her Calabasas property, which sits on three acres, for $4,495,000.
A listing for the home reads: "Extremely rare & private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas.
"Sprawling over three acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate."
The stunning mansion boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as a pool and a waterfall in the back garden.
And when the 23-year-old singer buys another home, it's possible she may opt for a house that's a little further from Calabasas, which is popular with a number of celebrities, as she is reportedly keen to quit the spotlight.
A source said previously: "Selena's life is always under a magnifying glass. She doesn't want to deal with it anymore. This isn't a phase she'll get over. Underneath her spirited façade, Selena is a mess.
"She cries all the time thinking about the hypocrisy and backstabbing that comes with the entertainment industry. This album will be her last - she only did it because she was under contract - and she's told her agent that she's done with acting too."
