Two extraordinary South Africans sit down for a chat in New York

Newly crowned Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi visited fellow
South African Trevor Noah on ‘The Daily Show'.
It’s been just over a week since Tunzi became the third South African woman to be crowned the most beautiful in the universe.
Tunzi wore a glittering outfit to match the crown.

Tunzi explained her decision to maintain her natural hair for the Miss SA pageant as well as the international contest - to loud applause from 'The Daily Show' audience.
“I’ve had short hair for three years and I wasn’t going to change because I was no stepping into a ‘beauty platform’. And so I decided to keep it.”
Tunzi also spoke about her plans to share her passions on the global stage.
“Women are an endangered species these days. And my message is to bring in the men to fight gender-based violence.”
