19 school children injured in taxi accident

At least 19 school children have been injured after the taxi they were travelling in overturned on the R515 near Refilwe in Cullinan, Gauteng.

Paramedics say they found the vehicle lying on its side.
The accident happened at 08:15 on Wednesday.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says: "The injured children are between ages five and seven. The children were transported to various hospitals in the area for further treatment."
On Tuesday, 32 people were injured after three taxis collided at the Main Reef and Elias Motswaledi intersection in Roodepoort.
Some of the injured were injured children aged between 10 and 18.
