Makhura says anyone who did not have the chance to vote previously should do so now.
"Anyone who wasn't part of 1994 cannot miss this one. They have to be part of this one. This is a great moment in our country. It's a new beginning. Its the period of breaking with the decline in our economy. Period of growth," said Makhura.
