The Head of the Department of Education in Mpumalanga Lucy Moyane says they have delivered 70 mobile classrooms to schools which have been damaged by storms.

At the same time she admits not all schools will be able to return full capacity on Wednesday.
“We have delivered already 70 mobile classrooms, to this effect primary school learners are back to full attendance and those schools that still had challenges with space they will continue alternating including secondary schools until we have new directive from the minister,” said Moyane.
The department says it has allocated R40 million to provide 105 mobile classrooms to schools in the province.
Inland schools will open the doors on Wednesday, while coastal schools will only be opening next week.
