Afriforum is still gunning for controversial Black Firest Land First (BLF) leader, Andile Mngxitama with its hate speech case against him heading to court.

On Friday, a directive hearing in the matter is being heard in the Equality Court at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court that will map out the way forward for the case.

According to AFriforum's  Ernst Roets, the matter relates to when Mngxitama said 5 white people should be killed for each black person killed.

"BLF is a strange organisation in that they do not hesitate to publicly encourage violence against people based on the colour of their skin yet they seem to get away with it, " says Roets, adding that he is convinced this is a clear-cut case of hate speech on BLF's part.

BLF could not be reached for comment on the matter on Friday.
