MALL ROBBERY - A woman is in a critical condition, following the shooting at the Mall of the South near Alberton in Johannesburg earlier today. 


ER24's Russel Meiring says the woman tried to run away from the shooting, when she tripped and fell.

Police are still looking for the three suspects, who robbed a jewelry store at the mall.

CECIL THE LION - The American dentist who killed Cecil the lion in a hunt that provoked worldwide outrage will face no charges in Zimbabwe. 


Zimbabwe's Environment Minister says Walter Palmer's paperwork was in order, and charges were therefore dropped.  


The Minister added that they will review how they issue hunting quotas, following the incident. 


The legal team for the professional hunter, who organised the hunting trip, also want the court to drop the charges against their client.


DJ DONALD SEBOLAI - The National Prosecuting Authority welcomed today's ruling in the case of JoziFM Dj Donald Sebolai, who was found guilty of murdering his girlfriend Dolly Tshabalala. 


Tshabalala was fatally stabbed in Sebolai's Soweto flat in June last year.

SPRINGBOKS VS WALES - South Africa will take on Wales in the quarterfinals of the Rugby World Cup on Saturday at Twickenham. 


Wales had a bruising encounter with Australia, losing 15-6, with their injury list growing by the day. 


Whilst the Springboks are slight favourites to beat Wales and book a place in the semifinals, the Welsh believe they are still a force to be reckoned with in the tournament.
