Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The spending of flood relief funds in KZN is being monitored through a magnifying glass and real-time audits.

Auditor-general Tsakani Maluleke says they'll be keeping track of all government department's financial transactions, as billions are invested in rebuilding parts of KZN following last month's disastrous floods.
Her team will work to ensure its corruption-free process.
Maluleke expects the first audit report to be released in August.
