Magistrate Victor Hlatshwayo says the suspects will remain in custody.

AKA and Tibz were killed outside the Wish restaurant in February last year.

The state has alleged that accused number 4, Mziwethemba Gwabeni was paid more than R800 000,00 from a company whose sole director is a Sydney Mfunda Gcaba.

Gcaba has been identified as an alleged pay master in the murder case of Forbes and Motsoane.

It’s alleged that Gwabeni transferred the money to his co-accused under the reference ‘Dividends’.

"The money was transferred from the company's account (Bright Settle PTY LTD). According to the company record, Sydney Mfunda Gcaba is the sole director of this company. When the money was transferred, a reference was used as consult, this was done to disguise the nature of the funds, as some is due to be payment for the shooting. We are currently investigating the source of this, and any other funds that might have been used for the planning and the execution of these offences" says  State Prosecutor Lwarence Gcaba.
