The rapper and his friend were gunned down on Durban's Florida Road in February 2023.

Seven suspects have been arrested in connection with the murders.

For the first time, all seven are expected to appear together in the Durban court.

Their appearance follows after a two-month postponement.

This after the Manzini Magistrate's Court in eSwatino ruled in favour of the extradition application for Malusi and Siyabonga Ndimande in August.

The brothers face charges of murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit murder.

During the previous court proceedings, their legal representative had argued before the eSwatini court that his clients' lives were in danger in a bid to block the extradition.

But Magistrate David Khumalo said police chiefs in South Africa have given assurances they will be safe.

In August, the Durban matter was postponed to today (Friday) for further financial investigations and to allow for the eSwatini extradition case to be finalised.

Earlier this week, KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi said more arrests are expected in the matter.

The five other co-accused in the matter are namely, Lindokuhle Ndimande, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, Siyanda Myeza, Lindani Ndimande and Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi.
