Amazulu King Misuzulu in eSwatini hospital amid poisoning fears

Amazulu King Misuzulu KaZwelithini is receiving treatment in a hospital in eSwatini .
In a statement, the traditional Prime Minister to the monarch, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, said the king sought treatment after falling ill.
Buthelezi says he's also been informed that the King's senior Induna who was in Eswatini with him suddenly passed away.
It's suspected that he was poisoned.
He says when the king began feeling unwell, it was suspected that he, too, may have been poisoned, and he immediately sought medical treatment.
Buthelezi says he's been told that the king is doing well in medical care.
