ANC: Marius Fransman is not back in his post

The ANC is adement that contraversial party member, Marius Fransman is not their leader in the Western Cape.
This comes after Fransman approached the Western Cape High Court to secure this position after he was asked to resign as leader of the Western Cape due to allegations of sexual harassment.
ANC spokesperson, Zizi Kodwa said they would fight this matter in court, while Fransman
Fransman's position has been at the centre of much confusion in recent days with the ANC's head of elections Nomvula Mokonyane telling the media that Fransman was back in his job.
However, ANC national spokesperson Zizi Kodwa has refuted these claims saying Fransman had in fact not been reinstated.
Earlier this year, Fransman was told to step aside by the leadership of the ruling party.

He was the subject of disciplinary proceedings after being accused of sexual harassing a young woman while they were travelling to the ANC's birthday celebrations in Rustenburg in January.
Speaking to Jacaranda FM News on Monday, Fransman said at no point had the ANC officially informed him about any disciplinary action.
