ANCYL not flustered by potential court proceedings against it
Updated | By ECR
The ANC Youth League in KwaZulu-Natal says it has nothing to fear, with the news that the Active Citizens Movement (ACM) are pursuing contempt of court proceedings against it.

The ACM demanded a public apology within a week after the furore at last week's memorial.
Former finance minister Pravin Gordhan and ANC Treasurer-General Zweli Mkhize had to speak over the persistent heckling, singing and chanting of youth league members.
The ANCYL actions came in spite of court order barring its members from disrupting proceedings.
The league was given until yesterday to apologise to Kathrada's family, but says its done nothing wrong. Provincial secretary general Thanduxolo Sabelo says they are prepared to meet the movement in court.
"It is unfortunate that they have decided to go ahead with the court proceedings. But like we have said, we have nothing to hide, we have nothing to fear. If they want to go to court, we will meet them at court. We don't have a problem."
Sabelo insist the league sent ACM a letter, requesting to meet to try and iron out their differences.
The movement, however says its not aware of a meeting scheduled for this week.
