Andile ‘Bobo’ Mbuthu’s family ‘relieved’ after remains confirmed
Updated | By ECR
The family of 16-year-old Andile 'Bobo' Mbuthu have confirmed that the remains recovered from the Tongaat River in KwaZulu-Natal are that of the murdered teen.

The Hambanathi resident was allegedly beaten, kidnapped and killed after he was accused of stealing alcohol from a local tavern in April.
Mbuthu's aunt, Zodwa Jali says the family is devastated.
"We are relieved because we were waiting for so long, but at the same time we are very very angry and devastated we are relieved knowing that it's him and we are going to give him a decent funeral.”
Police took six suspects in for questioning which led them to the river where remains were found at the beginning of May.
The suspects have since been arrested and have appeared in court.
