Another suspect nabbed for robbery at Limpopo mayor’s house

Limpopo police have arrested two suspects linked to the attack and robbery of the house of one of the Municipal Mayors in the Waterberg District on Valentines Day.
Six suspects driving three cars attacked the security guard at the mayor’s house, entered the house and also tied everybody inside before they searched the house.
They stole a Toyota vehicle which was later found on the side of the road.
A 34-year-old woman became the latest to be arrested, when she was nabbed on Tuesday evening.

Police spokesperson Moatshe Ngoepe says she will appear at the Phalala Magistrate's Court on Friday.
An accomplice, Antonio Lucas Joao aged 31, was arrested shortly after the robbery took place.
"He was arrested at his hideout in the Gauteng province and will appear on 15 April 2021 for formal bail application and for further police investigations," saysNgoepe.
Police are still searching for the other four suspects.
