Arrested Wits students released
Updated | By Slindelo Masikane
Eight arrested students from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) were released on free bail on Wednesday.

They were arrested during violent protests for free higher education this week.
The eight face charges that include contravening a court order, public violence and assault.
Protesting students showed their solidarity outside the Hillbrow Magistrate's Court, saying they will not leave until their fellow students are released.
