Attempted hit-and-run witness recounts the drama
A Jacaranda FM listener who took a video of the viral hit-and-run accident on the N1 has told Jacaranda FM's Breakfast with Martin Bester and Tumi Morake how he feared for the safety of the other drivers.
The video, which was shot in Centurion on Tuesday, shows a driver swerving across the highway before crashing into the back of a bakkie.
The motorist then attempted to drive off, but was quickly stopped by fellow motorists who had witnessed the crash.
He spoke to Breakfast with Martin Bester and Tumi Morake and reflected on the incidents that lead to the crash.
