AUDIO: Kurt Darren to remain in hospital

Singer Kurt Darren will not be discharged from hospital this weekend as expected.

 

 

 

 

His brother, Darren van Heerden, said Kurt is still in a lot of pain.

 

Darren was admitted to the ICU at the Netcare Milpark Hospital after the car he was travelling in crashed into an eight-metre ditch in Kameelfontein, leaving him with eight broken ribs and a pierced lung.

 

Darren was travelling back home from the Bulls versus Sharks clash in Pretoria with music agent Marnus Biscchoff and his assistant Nadia van Rensberg when the accident occurred.

 

Van Heerden said that although his brother is still in pain, they can see improvement.
