Auditor's alleged killer in court
One of forensic auditor Lawrence Moepi's alleged killers appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Monday, police said.
Mpho David 'Thirteen' Nkosi, 39, will appear again in the same court on November 17, with his co-accused Remember Siphoro, who last appeared in December, said Lt-Gen Solomon Makgale.
Nkosi was arrested in a rondavel in West Bank, Kwa-Zulu Natal, on Saturday after 11 months on the run.
Men in a Volkswagen Golf followed Moepi into the parking lot at the Johannesburg offices of SizweNtsalubaGobodo in October last year. He was shot while getting out of his car.
