The perjury trial of former social development minister Bathabile Dlamini is set to continue after the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court dismissed her application for acquittal.
Magistrate Betty Khumalo said the court could possibly convict the ANC Women's League president and therefore it would not be in the interest of justice to dismiss the charges against her.
