Bikers for Mandela Day aiming to keep girls in school
Updated | By Sibahle Motha
This year¹s participants in this year's Bikers for
Mandela Day braced the icy morning chill on Sunday to honour the
legacy of Tata Madiba.
The group of bikers have changed things up this year and will centre their attention on keeping girls in school.
Each biker brought along a pack of sanitary
towels to keep young girls in school.
Convener for the Bikers for Mandela Day, Zelda Le Grange, says this is an initiative that Tata would have been proud of.
The bike ride will enable anyone and everyone to participate, people can have fun while doing this for a good will,² she says.
