Body of foreign national discovered at Limpopo mental health ward
The Limpopo Department of Health has learnt of the body of a foreign national that was found at one of its hospitals on Friday.
The body of the deceased was found at the Tshilidzini hospital in the old mental health care users’ ward.
"The matter has been reported to the South African Police services for investigations while as a department an autopsy will be conducted to establish the exact cause of death," says Limpopo Health department spokesperson Thilivhali Muavha.
Limpopo’s Member of the Executive Committee (MEC) for Health, Phophi Ramathuba, has extended her condolences to the family of the deceased.
