The body of a man who went missing in Hartbeespoort Dam on Saturday has been found.

North West police confirmed that the 40-year-old man's body was retrieved during a search and recovery operation on Monday afternoon.
It's reported the man and four others were in the boat on the dam when he jumped overboard to cool off - but failed to re-emerge from the water.
"Since Saturday, police divers have been on the scene with NSRI, and together, they were searching through the waters until this afternoon when the body was found. Police are now formally investigating an inquest case to determine the cause of death," said police spokesperson Adele Myburgh.
Police said information at their disposal indicates that the deceased had jumped off the boat several times before he eventually failed to emerge from the waters.
Myburgh also says the man was known to be a capable swimmer.
"This was not the first time he jumped off when he went under. He did earlier on through the day. We've had excessively high temperatures in the North West province, especially this weekend. So, it seems like when he did this the second time around, his body went under."
