PISTORIUS RELEASE POSTPONED: There is still no clarity on when Oscar Pistorius will walk from prison after the Justice Minister's decision yesterday to refer the case to the parole review board - who in June decided that Pistorius could be released on Friday, 21 August. There has been a very guarded response to this development from the Pistorius family. The ANC Woman's League has meanwhile welcomed Justice Minister Michael Mashuta's Pistorius decision, saying they've always believed that Judge Masipa made a mistake when she handed down, what they term "an extremely lenient" sentence to Pistorius for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. The minister said he decided to take the parole decision under review after the Progressive Woman's' Movement of South Africa approached him, saying it was insensitive to release Pistorius during Women's Month and the birthday week of his victim. The minister found that the parole board sat prematurely and should have only done so today - after Pistorius had spent a 10th of his five year sentence behind bars. BDK attorney, Ulrich Roux believes - from a legal perspective - the minister's decision is questionable.

Silindelo Masekane reports, that more members could be added.
