Breyton Paulse: "Allister Coetzee is too nice"
Updated | By MornéJK
Former Springbok wing, turned rugby commentator, Breyton Paulse says fulfilling the duties of Springbok coach can get to you after a while.

Paulse who played for the national squad between 1999 and 2007 says coaches who became successful were really "hard-core".
"Allister could be a bit of a nice guy. You need to sometimes put your foot down with players who have strong personalities," Paulse told the Complimentary Breakfast.
Paulse also said that he was concerned that some of the players may overpower Coetzee.
"He [Coetzee] needs to be himself and implement his own ideas," Paulse added.
SARU is expected to officially announce Allister Coetzee as the new Springbok coach during a media briefing in Randburg later today.
Paulse also stressed the importance of getting the "buy-in" from other coaches of teams in the Super Rugby competition.
"We need other coaches and regional unions to buy-in to what the national coach wants," he said.
