Buthelezi ‘in good spirits’ after testing positive for Covid-19

Family spokesperson Bhekuyise Buthelezi says the 91-year-old politician received his results on Saturday.

Buthelezi, who is diabetic, and has been in isolation.

"The prince is in good spirits he is doing very well. We want to thank everyone for the well wishes and messages of support," says Bhekuyise Buthelezi.
