Cele heads to Concourt over report
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso

"It is true, he will be taking it to the Constitutional Court," Cele's spokeswoman Nonkululeko Mbatha said on Thursday.
She could not elaborate on what kind of application he would make or when it would be made.
The New Age reported on Thursday that Cele approached the court regarding the lack of a remedy in law for politicians subjected to indignity and defamation by the media.
The case emanates from Cele's defamation case against the Sowetan newspaper seven years ago, which he lost in the High Court in Johannesburg and Supreme Court of Appeal.
The dispute was over a picture published in 2007. Cele's legal counsel claimed the picture was altered -- and that his head from one photograph was superimposed onto the photo of another person holding a handgun.
