Chaos as burst water pipe floods homes in Annlin
Updated | By Slindelo Masikane
Residents in Annlin north of Pretoria are picking up the pieces after a burst water pipe damaged several homes on Wednesday morning.
Tshwane Emergency Services spokesperson Johan Pieterse says they are working on stabilising the situation.
"One of the main water pipes coming from the reservoir in Annlin burst. There is a lot of water flowing into the streets and there is some flooding in people's houses. We are trying our best to get the situation under control."

Pieterse has advised residents to rather evacuate the severely-flooded homes.
Residents say this is the second time their homes have been flooded due to an issue at the reservoir.
