Corruption has collapsed our institutions: Meshoe

Meshoe also said his party will not support mandatory vaccinations at various institutions.

The Africa Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) has vowed to emphasise the fight against corruption in the public sector and deliver better services to the communities.
The party launched its manifesto launch in Johannesburg on Saturday.
ACDP leader Reverend Kenneth Meshoe said under the current government, corruption has crippled the state institutions and, in some cases, collapsed the country's institutions.
“The current government is not protecting whistle-blowers; they are not doing enough. There are people in South Africa who don’t like corruption, who are ready to expose corruption. ACDP will honour whistle-blowers, they will be encouraged to ensure that corruption is defeated.”
Meshoe also said his party will not support mandatory vaccinations at various institutions.
“We came out of painful past, where we did not have rights, we refuse to be taken back there. No apartheid in universities, schools and workplaces.”
The party’s election manifesto contains a promise to make small businesses the engine of the country's economic growth and security. It said it would appoint skilled, accountable, and ethical municipal managers and staff regardless of race, gender, age, or religion.
