More arrests could be made in the Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and Tebello Motsoane murder case.
Prosecutors told the Durban Magistrate's Court on Thursday that the names of more accused could be added to the charge sheet.
The rapper and his friend were gunned down on Durban's Florida Road in February last year.
Five of the seven suspects have made a brief appearance in court on Thursday.
State Prosecutor Lawrence Gcaba asked for a lengthy postponement in the case to finalise two parts of the investigation.
He says they are waiting for judgment in the extradition case of the Ndimande brothers arrested in eSwatini in connection with the case so that they can be added to this matter.
