Updated | By Suné du Toit
The North Gauteng High Court in
Pretoria on Monday heard that convicted murderer Oscar Pistorius was a broken
man who is supposed to be treated in hospital.
The court is hearing arguments in mitigation and aggravation of sentence.
Pistorius was initially found guilty of culpable homicide for the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day 2013.
This was overturned in the Supreme Court of Appeal where he was found guilty of murder.
