The case against the three men accused of the murder of Hillary Gardee has been postponed pending the finalisation of a medical report.

Sipho Mkhatshwa, together with Philemon Lukhele, and Mduduzi Nkala appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court on Thursday on charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, kidnapping, rape, possession of firearms, and defeating the ends of justice.
The 28-year-old, who went missing in April, was the daughter of former EFF secretary-general turned attorney Godrich Gardee murder.
Her body was found dumped in the bushes outside Mbombela in Mpumalanga.
The case has been postponed to 22 July for further investigations.
After been told that the Chief Magistrate will preside over today’s court proceedings against the 3 accused in the #HillaryGardee murder case, the Senior Magistrate has now been allocated to preside over the court proceedings.
