Crime intelligence official nabbed for allegedly looting secret fund

A former crime intelligence official has been arrested by the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) for alleged theft and fraud.
Investigators arrested the former police captain in Pretoria.
Ipid's Moses Dlamini says the officer allegedly looted the secret services' account.
"Investigations started in 2017 after complains were received from Ipid, crime intelligence and SAPS. The suspect will appear at the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Wednesday."
Dlamini says they expect to arrest more suspects.
