Dog attacks, kills infant
A 6-month-old baby boy died after he was bitten by a dog on Wednesday morning.
Jacaranda FM news was reliably informed the dog was a pit bull.
ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring says they were called out to Primrose this morning and found that he baby had been bitten multiple times.
"Paramedics were lead into the lounge of the home where they found the body of the child.

"Paramedics assessed the young boy and found that he had sustained several serious bite wounds and showed no signs of life.
"Unfortunately, the boy had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing more could be done and he was declared dead."
The circumstances leading up to the incident will be investigated.
