A domestic worker has been stabbed
to death in Centurion in what police believe to have been a robbery in broad
daylight.

The incident took place in Doringkloof on Tuesday morning.
According to police the woman was approached by a man wearing dark clothing while on her way to work.
An altercation ensued before the man stabbed her and fled the scene.
The domestic worker managed to walk down the road before collapsing on a driveway in the area.
A jogger, who saw her body on the driveway, notified police and emergency services but the woman was declared dead on the scene.
“At this stage it would appear to be a robbery however we cannot rule out any other motive but from preliminary investigation robbery appears to be the case,” says police spokesperson Dave Miller.
