The organisation says Myeni's conduct during her tenure at SAA from December 2012 to October 2017 was distressful for the airline.
On Monday, Judge Ronel Tolmay handed down judgement in the High Court in Pretoria in Miyeni's application to have other directors at SAA co-joined in the case, as well as her application to change her please in the matter to one that implicates others on the basis that decisions were taken collectively.
