Drunk bus driver arrested on the N1
A bus driver was caught driving under the influence of alcohol on the N1 next to Matoks in Limpopo.
The bus was travelling from Thohoyandou to Gauteng with 52 passengers on board.
According to Limpopo traffic police spokesperson, Matome Moremi-Tauyatsoala, the driver was arrested on the spot.

"The bus had to stop and wait for another driver, so that the passengers could continue with their journey," says Moremi-Tauyatsoala.
Moremi-Tauyatsoala said the MEC of transport in the province, Makoma Makhurupetje, condemns the behavior of the bus driver for risking with the lives of the passengers by driving under the influence.
