EFF to march through Sandton to Eskom HQ
Updated | By Karabo Tebele
Members of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will march to
the headquarters of Eskom on Friday morning to show their anger against load
shedding and plans to privatise the embattled power utility.

The red berets also demand the removal of Pravin Gordhan as the Minister of Public Enterprises.
Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) spokesperson, Wayne Minaar says various streets will be affected from Sandton.
"A huge contingent of law enforcement of officers will be on duty to monitor the protest. From Innesfree Park they will move up Grayston and turn right into Rivonia road and right up to Witkoppen until they reach Maxwell drive. That is at Eskom offices in Megawatt park," says Minnaar.
"The march should start approximately at 10am and finish 3pm in the afternoon and motorists are advised to avoid those areas and law enforcement will be on duty," adds Minaar.
JMPD says approximate 4 000 people are expected to participate.
