EFF to march in Tshwane on Wednesday

The Economic Freedom Fighters will be marching to the Tshwane House in the CBD on Wednesday.

The party is demanding that the city makes good on its promise to insource the remaining security officers.
Marches are expected to gather at 9am at Princess Park.
Tshwane metro police spokesperson Isaac Mahamba says police officers will be deployed to monitor the march and all the affected streets.
"The marchers will move from Princess Park join WF Nkomo Street turn left onto Kgosi Mampuru Street, turn right onto Madiba Street then proceed straight until they reach Tshwane House at Lillian Ngoyi Street and Madiba Street.
"The following streets will be affected: Kgosi Mampuru Street, Bosman Street, Paul Kruger Street, Thabo Sehume Street, Lillian Ngoyi Street and Madiba Street."
Mahamba urges motorists to use Nana Sita Street, WF Nkomo Street, Boom Street, Johannes Ramokgoase and Francis Baard Street as alternative routes.
The marches are expected to disperse from the Tshwane House after midday.
