‘Engelse het hul alies gesien’ – Bok supporters after English demolition

Appreciation and love filled the whole of South Africa after the Springboks won their third Rugby World Cup title.
Hundreds of Bok supporters flocked to Loftus Park in Pretoria on Saturday to witness the skipper Siya Kolisi lifting the William Webb Ellis Trophy in Yokohama.
South Africa lashed England 32 -12 in the final.

Celebrations were in full swing after the final whistle, with some supporters bursting out in tears, while others showered the crowd with beer.
“Ek voel lekker soos ‘n cracker, maar weet jy wat? Die Engelse het hul gatte gesien en dit is die beste ding ooit!,” said one supporter.

Others praised Kolisi for unifying the country around a common goal.
“Siya, thank you for what you have done for he country. Rassie, we really admire you. Thank you for your amazing coaching skills. This has brought the country together.”

The Springboks made history – three wins from three World Cup final appearances.
