Three of the four people accused of stealing the belongings of the 21 young tavern goers who died at the Enyobeni tavern in East London will remain in custody.

They made a brief appearance in the East London Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
The NPA's regional spokesperson Luzuko Tyali confirmed to AlgoaFM News that the bail hearing would now be heard on 1 August.
A fourth accused, who is a minor, was previously released into the custody of his parents.
The accused are between the ages of 16 and 21 and were arrested earlier this month following an investigation by police.
Several stolen items, positively identified by the victims' next of kin, were recovered in the home of the suspects.
Police recovered stolen shoes, weaves and clothing belonging to some of the teenagers who died under mysterious circumstances at the Enyobeni tavern in the early hours of 26 June.
