Eskom to ease load shedding to stage 1
The power utility says it’s able to ease the planned power cuts from Wednesday due to a slight improvement in the generation capacity at its units.
Stage 4 will be in place from 4pm Tuesday to 5am Wednesday.
Stage 1 is then expected to be implemented from 5am until 4pm.
"This pattern will be implemented daily until further notice. Eskom will communicate should any significant changes occur,” said Eskom spokesperson Daphne Mokwena.
