eSwatini court postpones case against two AKA murder accused

The case against the two Ndimande brothers, Siyabonga and Malusi, has been postponed to May.
The brothers are part of the group of seven men linked to the murder of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane.
The brothers briefly appeared in the eSwatini Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday for their extradition bid.
The duo was arrested in the capital, Mbabane, in March.
They are facing charges of murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit murder.
Magistrate David Khumalo postponed the matter until May 14 so that the respondents could fully review the extradition papers from South Africa.
“The applicants have not opposed this request. So, on 14 May, when the matter comes back to court, it is ordered that the respondents come back to the court having fully gone through the papers and having taken full instructions, including indicating whether or not the application has been opposed.”
Meanwhile, the case against five of the seven accused has also been postponed to May in the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
