Fifteen hours of load-shedding kicks off with Stage 3
Eskom will implement stage 3 load-shedding from 8 am on Tuesday.
The embattled state-owned power utility says load-shedding will last until 11 pm.
While units which tripped on Monday are online, Eskom warns that it's running low on emergency diesel and water reserves.
