Five arrested in Kimberley with suspected stolen copper wire
Updated | By ANA
Kimberley public order policing officers followed-up on information on Friday regarding five suspects allegedly involved in the theft of copper wire, spokesman Lieutenant Donald Mdhluli said in a statement.

The five suspects were cornered at the North Cape Mall near Kimberley. Three of them were waiting in a vehicle as two went inside a bank.
The men, aged between 22 and 43, were arrested and copper wire to the value of R3500 and an undisclosed amount of cash were confiscated.
“A Fiat Uno, which is believed to have been used by the suspects, was also seized during the arrest. The five suspects are expected to appear in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court this week. The investigation continues,” Mdhluli said.
